.IT Domains

Introduced in 1987, Italy’s dot IT country-code TLD is quite popular both within the country and in the English-speaking world. The reason is that the domain is a pronoun, which can be used for forming creative and catchy domain names – write.it, youcanmake.it and so on. This is a way to construct an easy-to-remember domain name, so that it will be easier for your visitors to go back to your website or to share it with associates and pals. The extension can also be used for a website, which is related to the information technology sector given the fact that IT is an abbreviation, which is well-known worldwide.

Because of the fact that dot IT domains are not registered directly by IT-NIC, the Registry that handles this extension, such a domain can be ordered through a 3rd-party domain registration provider, such as ours. You can get a .IT domain for a one-year period at a time, and the domains are transferable, so you can move your existing domain over to our firm and we will renew it once the transfer has been finalized.
