.NET Domains

When the Dot NET universal domain name extension was first introduced in 1985, together with the first domain extensions on the World Wide Web, it was intended to be used by Internet Service Providers or infrastructure entities. Given that there were no particular prerequisites about the usage of the top-level domain extension, though, dot NET domains were taken and used for various purposes and by quite a few people. This TLD is a perfect substitution for .COM, especially if the wanted domain with the latter extension is not available for registration.

Registering a .NET domain name with our firm is as easy as a breeze and takes only a couple of minutes, given the fact that we are partners with an ICANN-certified registrar firm. You can reserve such a domain for a time interval between 1 and 10 years, or, if you already own a domain, you can transfer it to our company and we will renew it as soon as the transfer process is finalized. Transfers are possible for all domains, which are at least sixty days old, provided that they are not locked and that you have an EPP transfer authorization code – security measures set up by the Registry organization to prevent unauthorized transfers. You can easily edit the WHOIS contact details of the domain through your Control Panel, or, if you wouldn't like this info to be public at all, you can add a Whois Privacy Protection service, so no one will be able to check your actual contact information.

The .NET domain name extension supports internationalized names, so you can select if you want to aim at a specific country or zone using a domain name in the native language, or the global online community – using a generic English name.
