Server managing is a huge task for rookie VPS customers – you have to check how your VPS server is doing, to see if it’s under excessive load, to find out if all the services are running just fine. It is a procedure that requires uninterrupted attention, and you most probably don’t have time to do this. For this reason, we suggest that we handle the work instead of you. If you take advantage of our Optional Managed Services offer, we will be keeping a constant eye on your Virtual Private Server and all the processes running on it. This way you will have more time for your websites or apps.

Weekly Backups

To manually back up a Linux Virtual Private Server definitely isn’t the simplest assignment in this world. You will either need to use some other server or your computer, or, alternatively use some third–party tool. We offer a considerably easier alternative with our Optional Managed Services package. We’ll make a complete backup of your VPS server each week, so you never have to be scared of losing key data. Last but not least we can retrieve a backup very fast. All the backups are saved on a special server with a RAID array of hard disk drives, so if anything happens to any part of your stored web content, we’ve got you covered.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Having a Linux Virtual Private Server, you will have full freedom to install any script or service on your server. But, certain scripts are more difficult to run and may require some additional configuration from you. That is where our Optional Managed Services option will help you out. It features 30 minutes of installation & problem–solving procedures – this means that you will be able to literally employ one of our practiced server administrators for half an hour and have him help you with the installation process of any kind of software application whatsoever that you need. Or have him rectify a problem that you are experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Optional Managed Services package comes bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ Linux Virtual Private Servers and is an add–on with our KVM Linux Virtual Private Servers.
