A: If your present hosting provider can no longer meet the needs of your web site, or when you experience frequent downtime, or if you are forced to wait for hours for the customer service staff to reply back to you, it might be a smart idea to switch your hosting provider, i.e. to move all the files for your websites together with your databases from your present provider to your new provider. At Souini Hosting, we know that this can be difficult & time–consuming. Because of this, we will do all that for you at no cost!Our highly accomplished technical staff representatives will transfer your site content from your current web hosting provider to us. Our technicians have got extensive experience migrating websites and are able to take care of everything – from an ordinary WordPress–powered blog or Joomla^™ CMS–powered website, to a very complex, custom–made web application.

A: While we can’t give you a precise time window, since there are many factors, among them the physical size of the files and databases, the physical location of the current host’s server, the complexity of your website and the present workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we’ll do our very best to move your web site within 48 hours, and in certain cases – within 24 hours (in case the website content is not very large).

A: We’ll need the login information for your current hosting provider’s Control Panel along with the website’s name (domain name).

A: Our Privacy Policy is an indivisible part of the contract that we’ll have with you as a client. We’re dedicated to safeguarding the security of the private information collected from the clients. To do that, we use technical safety measures to avoid the loss, the misappropriation, the modification or the unauthorized leak of the personal information under our control. When we ask customers to present financial info (such as a credit card number), this info is shielded using the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology.

A: Nah. Your web site will stay online during the transfer. Once everything is done on our end, we will let you know so that you can preview it and check for problems. If everything’s OK, all you will need to do is edit your domain name’s DNS records.

A: No. Apart from your login info for the Control Panel, we don’t need anything. We’ll never touch base with your hosting provider. They won’t know anything about the migration either.

A: We support all Linux–driven web hosting platforms. Generally, if we can receive access to your Control Panel, we’ll be able to transfer your website.The only platforms that we do not support are closed–source site building platforms such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
